Returns:

All returns require prior authorization by RFIDSupplyChain.com.  Please note that most manufacturers do not allow returns except for items defective while under warranty or damaged in shipping and it is their discretion on whether the item will be repaired or replaced.

Call 800-966-RFID to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please have the following information (if applicable) ready:

• name
• invoice number
• serial number(s)
• manufacturer's case number

Items must be packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with the hardware, software, documentation, registration card and all other items originally included.  RFIDSupplyChain will provide you with the RMA number and appropriate return address.  Please write the RMA number on the return label on the outside of the package and also include on a slip inside of the box.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs and for loss or damage incurred during shipping.  RFIDSupplyChain.com highly recommends obtaining insurance and signature on receipt.

RFIDSupplyChain.com has the right to refuse unauthorized, unmarked, or incomplete returns or charge Customer costs incurred by RFIDSupplyChain processing said return.

Warranties:

Product warranties are determined by the manufacturer.
