The Omron V740 Bi-Static RFID Reader is an integral part of Omron's 740 series. This RFID reader is perfect for corporate developers as well as system integrators. This RFID reader has a separate transmitter and receiver and requires two antenna elements.

With two antenna ports, the Omron V740 Bi-Static RFID Reader is compliant with EPC Class 0, EPC Class 1 and is upgradeable to EPC Gen2 standards but can only be connected with a maximum of two antennas.

High speed data processing on the Omron V740 RFID Bi-Static RFID Reader is achieved by an Intel network processor and the PC-like function of the Linux operating system. These allow application software to run smoothly on this RFID reader.
